How long will you have this building?
We have accepted a generous offer from the City of Avondale Estates Downtown Development Authority (DDA) to occupy our building until it is demolished at a future date, TBD.
We hope that it won’t be before January 2025, and we would love to have at least a few years in the space before we have to go.
It is our aim that we can build a successful business model which can be relocated and moved to a new home if and when that time comes.
