The Avondale Arts Center is pleased to present the first Oaks Annual Art Show featuring the works of students from Academe of the Oaks, a Waldorf high school located in Decatur.
The visual art program focuses on work from the foundational drawing and 2-D design classes to more specialized projects in screen printing, painting, ceramics & advanced Independent art.

The opening reception on Sat., March 8 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. is free and open to the public to attend.
The Avondale Arts Alliance and Academe of the Oaks parents will provide a limited selection of complimentary light bites and NA beverages for visitors during the opening reception.
The artwork from this collection is not for sale. The exhibit will remain on view through Sun., March 16.
There is free parking directly in front of the gallery (though the parking lot now requires a turnaround due to road work) as well as two sizable free lots behind the gallery.
